The Lift Surprise

For my flatmates birthday we organised a birthday surprise, but instead of the usal and expected surprise in the flat, we thought we’d shock her… in the LIFT! The real element of surprise!

We decorated the  lift  with balloons, banners, a big poster and we even made her a cake J

The funniest part of the whole thing was the fact that we waited a whole 30 mins waiting for her to come back from Uni (guided secretly by another flatmate) and during this half hour, we sat in the lift whilst it went up and down. And everytime anyone got in the lift at the ground floor, the doors would open, and there was us! It was quite awkward just waiting in that lift with a stranger as it dropped them off at their floor…

 ...But finally, she arrived!
